PoloShirt.com operates online only. All of our brands and product information can be found on the site.
Do you offer decoration or logo services?
Poloshirt.com sells blank merchandise with the choice of personalizing names, initials, or text using the custom monogramming feature.
Is there a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes! If you order six or more of any one style, you’ll receive a significant savings. Visit our wholesale page for more information.

How do I reach Customer Service?

What are my payment options?
PoloShirt.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Apple Pay. Shipment of orders is subject to credit card approval.
Can my order ship to an international location?
Currently, Poloshirt.com orders can only ship within the United States.
How can I earn free shipping?
Spend $100 or more on any apparel item, from long sleeve polo shirts to performance polos, and receive free ground shipping. Offer only valid for the Continental United States. A discount cannot be applied if you need to upgrade to expedited shipping. All products available for purchase on service@PoloShirt.com are valid for stated offer.
How do I track my order?
Order history and tracking information can be found via the My Account link. You will need to log-in to access your information.
Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by our factory Return Authorization (RA) Number. RA’s must be obtained within 45 days. Email service@poloshirt.com to obtain an RA.
