At PoloShirt.com, we want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Exchanges ship free, and we may also waive shipping fees on returns at the discretion of our Customer Experience Team.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be in like new, unworn condition

All original hang tags must be attached (if applicable)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required
To start your return, please either:

Log into your PoloShirt.com account and follow the return steps

Or email us at hello@poloshirt.com
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label once your RMA is approved.
Note: Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.
🚫 Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
These items are clearly marked on the product page and checkout. Please double-check your order before placing it — all sales on these items are final.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, contact us at hello@poloshirt.com.
🚨 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at hello@poloshirt.com so we can make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
Want something else instead? The fastest way is to:

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item
We’ll ship the exchange for free, as long as the return meets our policy requirements.
